Recently Facebook announced the launch of its First-Generation smart glasses, made in partnership with a world-renowned eyewear company, Essilor Luxottica. Unlike a typical Facebook product with its logo, these glasses are cool and add a style to your personality.
No doubt Facebook wants to be everywhere. Be it web, business, news, our contacts, or daily activities, Facebook always has some role. Now the social media giant wants to enter into fashion industry too. Facebook recently launched Ray-Ban Stories, a smart glasses that give a unique and new way of capturing photos and videos. You can also listen to music and take phone calls…… with STYLE!
With Ray-Ban Stories dual integrated 5MP cameras located at the front of the glasses, you can capture beautiful memories and record up to 30-second videos. All this is done by using the capture button on the side of the frame or by simply using Facebook Assistant voice commands for a hand-free experience.
The open-ear speakers and Ray-Ban Stories three-microphone audio array on the sides of the frames allow you to take phone calls or listen to your favorite music. The beamforming technology and background noise suppression algorithm provides the best calling experience. You can save 30 videos or 500 photos and share them across other social media accounts by pairing these glasses with the new Facebook View app.
These glasses are designed by keeping privacy in mind, the LED light present at the front of the glasses will let people know when you are taking photos or recording a video. There is also a power switch button which can be turned on and off. When it is turned off the smart glasses cannot be used to take photos or videos.
